For the start please create a support ticket via Support@darkestafk.zendesk.com. Send us your purchase receipt which includes the ID of the purchase (example: GPA.XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXX, for google play). You should be able to find it in one of your emails from the platform.
Also please mention the full list of items you have purchased.
