Mana is accumulated in the mimic chest over time and given to a player with other rewards. Those who are not inclined to be waiting can easily refill mana points in exchange for gems. To do this, tap on the '+' button next to the mana bar indicating your mana points, then tap 'Replenish.' You can find your mana pool indicator in a window that allows selecting Heroes before the battle. It is also possible to refill mana points in the Tower of Magic.
