To ascend a Hero, players should sacrifice 3 copies of the same Hero and the same ascension level, or 2 copies of the same Hero, and 1 soul of the same ascension level. Ascension requirements can be different and depend on the current level of Ascension. Heroes chosen for the sacrifice will be scattered and lost forever. All their gear, experience, and resources will be returned to the player. Additionally, to ascend Heroes, you can use Universal Souls to substitute for the third Hero with a particular level of ascension. Note that Fallen Heroes cannot be ascended.
