Recruitment Point can be used for summoning new heroes. Heroes can be summoned by spending Gems or Hero Scrolls. There is no rarity on Heroes, all of them have their pros and cons, so character's have a 16% probabilities of dropping (100% if Hero Scroll is used). Except Fallen Heroes which have 82%, but they can be used for acquiring Seals of the Fallen.
